tooya stands for -
the office of Yomar Augusto

tooya is a progressive design & typographic studio built for the digital age, with more the 15 years of experience working in Brazil, Europe & United States. In 2016 Tooya relocated to California from NYC. Born in Brasilia and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Yomar initially trained as a graphic designer, earned a Masters in Type Design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Yomar has also presented commercial and conceptual projects with solo exhibitions in Asia, Europe, North & South America.
